2. Service Description

DeployAgent provides personal AI agent hosting on Telegram. The service includes provisioning, maintenance, and hosting of AI-powered chat agents that can perform various tasks including conversation, web research, code execution, and automation.

3. Subscription & Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No refunds. Once a billing cycle has started, the payment for that cycle is non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Use at Your Own Risk

Important — Please Read Carefully:

DeployAgent provides an AI agent that processes information you share with it. You use this service entirely at your own risk.

• The AI agent may produce incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate responses.
• Only share data with your agent that you are comfortable sharing with third-party AI providers.
• Do not share passwords, financial credentials, or highly sensitive personal information with your agent.
• We are not responsible for any actions taken based on the agent's responses.
• We are not responsible for any data you voluntarily provide to your agent.
• We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from your use of the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal activities
  • Attempt to access other users' agents or data
  • Overload the service with automated or excessive requests
  • Use the agent to generate spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Resell or redistribute the service without written permission

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service at any time. We will attempt to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account and delete your agent if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, all agent data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deploy Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
