2. Data We Collect

When you use DeployAgent, we collect:

  • Account data: Email address, password (hashed), name (if provided)
  • Telegram data: Your Telegram bot token and user ID (required for the service to function)
  • API keys: If you choose BYOK, your API keys are stored encrypted and only used within your agent container
  • Conversation data: Messages between you and your AI agent are stored on your dedicated container. We do not read, analyze, or share your conversations.
  • Payment data: Processed by our payment provider. We do not store credit card details.
  • Usage data: Basic analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the service

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and maintain your AI agent service
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To send service-related notifications
  • To improve our platform and fix issues

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your conversations for AI training.

4. AI Agent & Your Data

Important: Your AI agent processes data you share with it. This includes messages, files, and any information you provide in conversations. The agent may use third-party AI providers (OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) to process your messages. By using the service, you acknowledge that your conversation data is sent to these providers for processing. Only share information with your agent that you are comfortable being processed by AI systems.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union. We use encryption for sensitive data (API keys, tokens). Your agent runs in an isolated Docker container with dedicated storage.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. When you cancel your subscription, your agent container and all associated data is deleted within 30 days. You can request immediate deletion by contacting info@arctic-ai.de.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact info@arctic-ai.de for any data-related requests.
